I got an opportunity to work with Platinum very recently and therefore writing this review as they truly deserve one. I was inspired by their professionalism, setting high standards without compromising the compliance requirements and taking the ownership of the job. They are modern and very detailed. Aside from servicing the community as building surveyors, their online videos also help understand some important compliance requirements that architects, consultants and builders typically come across and have to deal with. In our case, Platinum understood the urgency and have truly gone above and beyond to make the pressing deadline. They have worked after hours or over the weekend, ensuring they have done everything to assist. I will go to Platinum again if I ever need a building approval or code compliance advice in future as I could relax that we are in good hands. I definitely recommend engaging them.

Had some complex issues for a building certifier to sort out. I'd initially been to another certifier who was terrible, would not talk to me or give good advice about how to sort these issues out. Platinum were the complete opposite, willing to give me advice and guidance rather than just say "go back to your engineer". A very friendly and helpful team and a great experience overall.
